What is the minimum group size?
Most trips start at around 10 travelers, but we're happy to talk with smaller groups too.
Where do you operate?
We plan trips across the United States and Canada. If your group is traveling further afield, just ask.
Can families and supporters travel with the team?
Yes. We regularly plan for players, coaches and families on the same trip, with separate room blocks and activities where needed.
How do payments work for a group?
The organizer holds the trip with a deposit. Each traveler then gets a personal payment link and can pay in installments before the final balance date.
Do you work with tournaments that require stay-to-play hotels?
Yes. We book within the required hotel programs so your team stays eligible to compete.
How far ahead should we book?
For big tournaments and marquee games, 4–9 months ahead is ideal. Weekend road trips can often be arranged within a few weeks.
